Referral Campaign
Client: SocietyOne Role: Email Marketing Manager Brief: Create a campaign for new leads via a segment of referrals from existing customers. Solution: Using Marketing Cloud automation that schedules a monthly send to a refreshed list of contacts. Click through to the Content Builder landing page that uses Smart Data Capture forms to capture the details of the referrals and display to the customer what the email would look like before sending. On submit, the referral will receive a triggered email with a unique link that pulls through the ID of the initial referee.
